Champions of Change Award

Champions of Change is an Indian award, for promoting Gandhian values, (Swachata), community service and social development. (in Aspirational district in India), selected by constitutional jury members headed by K. G. Balakrishnan Former Chief Justice of India and Former Chairman NHRC, and Justice Gyan Sudha Misra, Former Judge, Supreme Court of India. The awards are organised annually and usually presented by the President of India, Vice President of India, Former President of India, Former Vice president of India or any leading political figure of India. 

Initiative By - Interactive Forum on Indian Economy

Interactive Forum on Indian economy (IFIE) is a Government of India recognized (80G, 12A, 8A compliant), non-profitable company dedicated for the development and welfare of women and children of rural India including 115 Aspirational districts promoting the values of Mahatma Gandhi. IFIE owns a monthly national news magazine Power Corridors, published in ‘Hindi’ and ‘English’ language from New Delhi. IFIE also ownsrural India’s biggest digital news platform known as Panchayati Times. The organisation is currently headed by Nandan Jha was founded in 2011. IFIE organizes“Champions of Change Awards at International National and State Level.

Champions Of Change Maharastra

Champions of Change Maharashtra is a state recognition award for promoting the values of courage, community service and inclusive social development. Champions of Change Award is a highly prestigious Award organized at International, National & State level (in India) by Interactive Forum on Indian Economy (IFIE), a Govt. of India recognized 80G, 12A, 8A Compliant, not-for-profit company. The award is to recognize the unsung “Champions” who have brought “Change” in the society for upliftment and betterment of the society & respective nation.

The jury for selection of awardees is headed by Hon’ble Former Chief Justice of India & Former Chairman NHRC India, along with Former Judge, Supreme Court of India and Jury includes Former Indian Administrative Service & Indian Foreign Service officers, veteran journalists & academicians. The award is organized annually & comprises of a Gold Medals & certificates.
